4. Wallet Connection & Security

To use the Service, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
All activities that occur through your connected wallet
Keeping your seed phrase and passwords confidential
Verifying all transaction details before approval

We never have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost funds.

5. Fees

The Service charges fees on trades executed through the platform:

Free Tier: 2.4% fee on each trade
Pro Subscription: 0.5% fee on each trade (0.7 SOL per 30 days)

Additional network fees (gas) and DEX fees may apply and are separate from our fees. All fees are non-refundable.

6. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are purchased by sending SOL to our treasury wallet. Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, subscription payments are non-refundable. The Pro status is tied to the wallet address that made the payment.
